A WOMAN was distraught to find her car had been pelted with rocks, after she visited a friend in Werribee.

Police believe the victim parked the car in Black Forest Rd at 9pm on 27 February.

She returned to the vehicle to find rocks had been thrown at the back window, damaging the interior.

It is believed to be linked to similar incidents that occurred in Wyndham on the same night.
