THE first Wyndham Harbour land release has sold out in just weeks.

All 63 lots in Stage 1 sold to pre-registered buyers before being made available to the public.

Wyndham Harbour features Waterfront, Bayside and Lifestyle housing lots as well as marina berths.

Land prices in Stage 1 ranged from $279K for the Lifestyle Collection to $870K for the Waterfront Collection lots.

Senior development manager Sonya Miller said the response had exceeded expectations.

Wyndham Harbour Stage 2 land will now be released this month with the Lifestyle and Parkview housing products.

Ms Miller said due to demand, planned releases would be offered first to those on the Wyndham Harbour database.

The $440 million development is set to be the only safe boat harbour between Williamstown and Geelong.
